I didn't get my ticket email
Tickets arrive within a minute of payment. Check your spam folder and search for 'entrix'. If it's still missing, message us with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend your QR.
Where do I find my QR code?
Open My account (top menu) while signed in with the email you bought with. Tap any ticket's QR to enlarge it at the door. Don't share screenshots — each QR is single-use.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the event's policy, shown on each event page under Practical. If your event allows it, reply to your ticket email or message us with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PromptPay and PayPal — all in Thai Baht (THB). We don't accept crypto.
Can I buy tickets for my friends?
Yes — pick the quantity at checkout. Each ticket gets its own single-use QR and they all arrive in your account, so you can check everyone in at the door.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal and PromptPay. entrix never stores your card details.
