1. Who we are
entrix.vip is operated by Phangan Events Co. Ltd, registered in Thailand. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. For questions, contact us at privacy@entrix.vip.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) account information — email address, name, profile details you provide; (b) purchase data — tickets bought, payment method type (we never store card numbers), order history; (c) usage data — pages visited, events viewed, IP address, device type; (d) communications — emails you send us, support requests.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: process ticket purchases and send QR codes; provide customer support; send transactional emails (order confirmations, event reminders); improve the platform; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on entrix servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data sharing
We share data only as necessary: with event organisers (your name and email when you purchase a ticket for their event); with service providers (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel) under data processing agreements; and where required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 9.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit. Passwords are not stored — we use magic-link and OAuth authentication only. QR codes are cryptographically signed and single-use.
9. Your rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements); object to processing; receive a copy of your data in a portable format. 10. Children
Our platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
