1. About entrix.vip
entrix.vip is a ticketing platform operated by Phangan Events Co. Ltd ("we", "us", "entrix"). By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Ticket purchases
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless explicitly stated on the event page or covered by Ticket Protection at checkout. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, entrix will facilitate refunds to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Refund policy
Refunds are issued only when: (a) the organiser cancels the event, (b) the event is postponed and you cannot attend the new date, or (c) you purchased Ticket Protection and your claim is approved. Partial refunds are not available. Service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
4. Ticket transfer & resale
Tickets may only be transferred or resold through features provided by entrix. Unauthorised resale above face value is prohibited. Transferred tickets must comply with the organiser's transfer policy shown at checkout. entrix reserves the right to cancel tickets sold in violation of this clause without refund.
5. Entry & QR codes
Each ticket contains a unique QR code. QR codes are single-use — once scanned at the venue, the ticket is marked as used and cannot be reused. You are responsible for keeping your QR code secure. entrix is not liable for loss, theft, or unauthorised use of your QR code.
6. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@entrix.vip if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Organiser responsibilities
Organisers are solely responsible for the events they list, including venue safety, compliance with local laws, and delivering the event as advertised. entrix acts as a ticketing intermediary only and is not liable for the conduct of events.
8. Affiliate & rewards programme
Points earned through the referral programme have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Rewards may be redeemed as described in the programme terms, which may change at any time. Abuse of the programme (including self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of points and possible account suspension.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not: use the platform for fraudulent purposes; create fake accounts; attempt to circumvent security measures; scrape or harvest data; or interfere with the platform's operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrix's liability is limited to the face value of the tickets purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
